For what ever reason I keep going down these holes, wasting a ton of time, then having to stay up all night to catch up for work. But anyway, figured I'd document my current adventures here.

Well actually I think it was like Monday or something. Saw something about a "prophet" towing a trailer full of girls/wives
Well that was a little too juicy
Cliffs: "Bateman could not get an erection. Bateman verbally abused the women and girls for not exerting their faith to help Bateman execute this act. Bateman had BB, MJ, Johnson (a minor at the time) and JD#5 stroke his penis with their hands to help him get an erection. JD#5 appeared to be very familiar with how to help Bateman get an erection ."
After two hours of reading through this smut, I sadly didn't have an erection either.

And then a day later, many hours of watching stuff of the 19 year old that went to a hospital to give birth.
This was a "no questions/sanctuary" hospital. So she could have pushed out the baby in lobby and just walked out. But instead she pushed it out in the bathroom and left it wrapped in a bag in a trash can to suffocate. Now she is in jail for murder.
This one had me very conflicted. With all the pro abortion stuff everywhere, I was quite shocked that so many are outraged. I mean, just a couple of months earlier she could have killed it in the womb and been seen as a hero standing against male patriarchy. There was a bit of a white pill in this one. All my experiences with hospital staff have lead me to feel that hospitals are just places of death, you go there to die, not to live. If you have no insurance, they will give you the worst time possible so you'll leave early and die somewhere else. If you do have insurance, they will strap you to a bed while they give you every treatment known to man just to be sure they "got every thing" while they charge your insurance the GDP of a small country.
But here, the fact that so many of the staff were holding back tears while talking because this woman "robbed us of a chance to do our job (saving a life)", really messed me up.

Oh the rabbit hole yesterday was several hours of trying to figure out how to do, I guess what you would call "laser graffiti" or laser outdoor advertising. There is a large water tower 3000ft from my back door standing on the high point of the town, probably 300ft tall. I really want some kind of laser projector that would write "mastabeta" or "eat at joe's" or some other non-sense on the side so the whole town can see it at night. It has been on my mind for like 10 years now, but I can never figure out a cheap solution. And I still didn't find a solution

So I bought some pillows from mypillow.com. Mainly because I was too lazy to look harder for a good pillow. I'd been buying these latex foam pillows from JC Penny for the last 15 years but now they don't seem to make them anymore, just some random China brands that look the same as what I'd get off of amazon. Neither of which I'd trust. But anyway, I remembered that mike lindell was trying at one time to compete with twitter with his "frankspeech" platform. And the next thing I know is there is apparently a mike lindell TV platform frankspeech.com/, plus the twitter clone franksocial.com/ plus a donate for his legal defense platform lindelllegalfund.org/ yea I dunno lol

The rabbit hole that kept me up last night and had me skipping out on sex with my wife was learning about "bioglass" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioglass_45S5 Apparently it is found in toothpaste around the globe, but has mostly vanished from American toothpastes. The easiest way to get it is buying Sensodyne toothpaste from Canada. Easy enough to find on ebay but most of those seller were in america and seemed to be selling tubes that were already near the expiration date. Ended up using amazon and buying "Sensodyne with Novamin, Whitening, Repair & Protect 75mL (Canadian)". There were multiple sellers and a few shipped from amazon. I dug through them until I found one located in Canada that wasn't just drop shipping. $17 with "free shipping". Can't wait to try it.

This is a good thread. Last rabbit hole I went on was about the atrocities in the Congo about rubber harvesting.
It started with this image:
Didn't learn about any of this in my schooling. Basically if a village didn't produce enough rubber they all got murdered and their hands were removed and shipped as proof that punishment was being carried out.

Ah yuk. Curious what people were the ones cutting off the hands and feet. I'd feel less bad about it if it was the UK or something vs the US. Reminded me of the fordlandia issue started by Henry Ford. Thought it would be smart to buy a cheap chunk of South American land and make his own rubber farm. So they built the town FIRST, and then started planting the trees. Only to find out the native bugs, fungus, and plant diseases continually killed the trees.

Not really a rabbit hole, but probably another time sink. Noticed Stephen King's It was now free on tubi
The 1990 version that I can barely remember my parents watching as it came on regular TV in small chunks for a couple of weeks or something like that. I was in elementary school and remember a few kids talking about it but it never really interested me. Anyway, saw it was free to watch and the kids were at grandma's house so I didn't have to worry about screwing them up so just did a yolo and hit play much to my wife's disagreement. Three hours long and got to the half way point before running out of time for the day. Got curious since I knew it was based on a book, jumped on amazon and noticed the book weights in at 1200 pages Reading the amazon reviews was interesting. Clearly a lot was left out for the movie since a typical script for a movie weights in at 100 pages or so. Many reviewers mentioning about the interaction between the group of young kids and their adventures made them pine for their own younger years. That was enough to convince me to take on the challenge. Debated whether to buy the kindle version for $12, but just jumped on library genesis instead. Read the first chapter while in bed before sleep. Way more detail just in that section as expected.

Apparently in the book there's a scene where all the boy kids run a train on the girl kid. Reviews might have mentioned that.

Ah sweet I was hoping since there's a girl that there would at least be some scenes of her trying to take a leak in the woods or something. Kind of like "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordan". She was lost in the woods and kept having to pee. And drinking the river water gave her the runs and weakness. So she'd pee and then shoot out diarrhea and then fall backwards into it. If it wasn't for my setting (I was in jail at the time), I would have been beating the meat.

Wife caught me reading instead of working during lunch today. Asked what it was but then predicted that it was "that book". "How would you know I got the book?" I ask. "You never read during the day" she adds, and continuing "Oh and I heard there is some gang bang scene in it too"
